Do you know what Happy & Healthy people do every morning to remain that way?
Get in the habit of doing this daily and not only will your health be great you will be a happier person.
Ritual No.1 Happy and healthy people meditate every day. This is the first ritual I do very morning when I wake up. I meditate for about 10 minutes. I concentrate on my breathing taking deep breaths in and slowly letting them out. I always feel totally relaxed and as I am concentrating on my breathing very few thoughts enter my mind.
Ritual No.2 Happy and healthy people exercise every day. I exercise daily and at the beginning of everyday. I do it then because I know it’s done and taken care of. As you know when you have a busy day it can take over so when you get home the thought of doing exercise seems like a good idea for another day.

Ritual No.3 Happy and healthy people eat a healthy breakfast and they eat real food! By this I mean they eat real food that isn’t processed. I eat porridge and I have brown toast with coffee. This keeps me going till lunchtime. It also helps with concentration and I don’t need to snack. When I feel satisfied I can fully focus on the day ahead and I feel good.
Ritual No.4 Happy and healthy people listen or read something positive as this really sets me up for my day. When I am having my breakfast I listen to an audio book “The Science of Getting Rich.” I listen rather than read as I feel this keeps me on track and I tend to take more in. When I am getting dressed I can continue to listen whilst I am dressing or putting my makeup on. I am sure this is not a ritual for successful men but you get the idea!
Ritual No.5 Happy and healthy people are organised and on the evening before I finish my work I look at my list of things to do for that day and if I see there is anything I didn’t manage to achieve and I put it as No.1 on my list of things to do for tomorrow and this acts as a reminded that I need to attend to it first. I take a look at my list and I prioritise my list and I get cracking.
