It is inevitable that unfair events occur in everyone’s life, but worrying about them is a waste of energy. You should aim to take responsibility for your roles in life and understand that there is no easy path. Short controlled bursts of sorrow can actually help process your negative emotions, but long periods are not very constructed.
2. Changes in life
If you aim to become a mentally strong person, you should always welcome change in your life as it provides the possibility of increasing the positivity in your life. Always believe in your abilities and skill to adapt. People fear change and they should remember that fear is all in their mind.
3. Pleasing Everyone
If your objective is to please everyone, then you will most likely end up never pleasing yourself. Always consider others, but don’t be afraid to speak up when necessary, and always be kind and fair when handling those who may become upset with your actions or words. Mentally strong people often put themselves first like a parent fitting their oxygen mask before fitting their children’s on a plane.

4. Repeating Past Mistakes
Insanity is completing a certain task or thought many times and always expecting a different result every time. If you remember to learn from your past mistakes and accept responsibility for them, you will find that mistakes actually occur less often. Always for focus on what does work and do that.
5. Resenting the Success of Others
Try not to compare you with others. Although this is perfectly natural, envy easily drains your energy and makes you feel crap! All you can ever do is try your best and understand that others may be better at certain tasks, and remember that there’s always something you’ll be better at.
6. Fear Alone Time
Aim to achieve happiness by enjoying your own company and thoughts. This is a key ability to improve your mental strength, knowing that you can achieve your targets and objectives on your own. It is better be in your own company then in the wrong kind of company.
7. Feeling the World Owes You something.
The mentally strong exceed and excel in looking for opportunities based on their own merits and achievements. They don’t ever feel that they are owed something they go out and get it. This is what you have to appreciate when building a business on or offline. No one owes you anything, period. There are some people who wait for it to happen. There are some people who say what happened there? and there are those who make it happen!
